Knowledge Park

Knowledge Park is the re-brand concept of Dartmouth Property Management for an existing three building office park in Marlborough, MA. Outdated buildings, totaling nearly 160,000 square feet of rentable space, lacked color and character as most of the buildings had not been updated since the original construction in 1985. A new vision was cast for the park to be a premier destination for diverse, knowledge-based companies. Vibrant accent colors and branding enhance the common areas. The new Club space features a beverage bar, shared conferencing spaces, a gaming area, and intimate meeting areas. The multi-story buildings also received new glass entrances to create modern focal points and visual appeal. ahp Architects has also completed build-outs for multiple new and existing tenants within the complex.
