Greatbatch Medical – Rapid Prototype

ahp Architects Inc. was engaged by Greatbatch Inc. to provide planning and architectural services for the new Greatbatch Medical Design & Manfacturing Center for their Implants and Devices division in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After extensive site planning efforts in Whitley and Allen counties in Indiana, a parcel on Kroemer Road, in Fort Wayne, Indiana was ultimately selected. The new 80,000 square foot facility received LEED Certification, and houses state of the art manufacturing processes clean rooms. The building and site is also designed to accommodate a future 45,000 square foot addition.
