About this Project
100 Pennsylvania Avenue, Framingham, MA holds 76,000 SF of multi-tenant commercial office and child daycare space. Under new ownership, Atlantic Property Management brought on ahp Architects to reimagine the common amenity and social spaces with a modern and creative vision. Beer tap, seltzer, coffee and snack vending along with flexible meeting spaces add value for prospective and existing tenants, while the new backlit feature wall gives focal interest to the “first impression” entrance. Sleek finishes and textural fabrics were specifically coordinated to create a timeless aesthetic with universal appeal. Additionally, ahp has assisted with multiple office buildouts as new tenants continue to sign on with the building.
