About this Project
Heilind Electronics, one of the world’s leading distributors of interconnect electronic products and accessories, has experienced rapid growth in recent years thus outgrowing their current facility. ahp Architects worked in conjunction with Erland Construction to design a two-story, 60,000 square foot addition onto their existing 40,000 square foot office and warehouse space. The new exterior features a brick façade with glass curtain wall entrance which enhances the building’s curb appeal. A formal reception space welcomes visitors into a two-story lobby space with monumental stair. The design features allow for a new work environment to better serve their evolving workforce in Massachusetts. Construction was completed in the Spring of 2019.
